Waikanae Golf Club

Experience Enjoyable Golf at Kapiti’s Most Welcoming Club

We are an 18 hole course about 50 minutes drive north of Wellington. We warmly welcome both casual players and new
members onto the course. The Waikanae Golf Course is a beautiful course that is enjoyable to play but still offers plenty of
challenge for the keen golfer. Waikanae Golf Club has been the host to several National Events including qualifying for the
New Zealand Open, the National Women’s Stroke Play and the National Women’s Under 19 Championships.

The clubhouse is an ideal location to relax after playing golf. With a great selection of refreshing drinks and delicious food there are options for everyone!

Get into Golf

The first step to becoming a golfer is to book a place in our ‘Get into Golf’ Programme. Don’t worry about what to wear or bring, just come along in something comfortable and ideally trainers. If you don’t have any equipment, don’t worry as this can be provided. If you do have your own clubs you are welcome to bring them along.
