On Saturday 76 members participated in a mixed
teams fun event to celebrate the reopening of the 9th hole as a full
par 5 hole. A modified Stableford
tournament was held to celebrate the occasion.
The winning team were inaugural winners of the “Digger Trophy” specially
created by John Masson for the event.
We are indebted to Thrive Chiropractic who
sponsored the longest drive competition.
There were also a number of novelty events
run throughout the day which raised $800 for Kapiti Foodbank.
